How do I customize my order?
Simply upload your photo or logo on the product page. Your image will be automatically centered and prepared for printing.
Do I need design skills?
No — no design skills are needed. Just upload your image and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
You’ll see a preview during customization. Final production may vary slightly due to trimming and print alignment.
Can I mix different designs in one order?
Retail orders are up to six photos per set of 6. Wholesale orders are one design per set of 50.
Products & Quality
What size are your products?
Sizes vary by product and are listed on each product page (e.g., 2.25” round magnets, 2 × 3” rectangle magnets).
Are the magnets strong?
Our 2.25" magnets are for decorative purposes and hold 1-3 pieces of paper.
Our 2x3" magnets hold 3-5 pieces of paper.
Are colors printed exactly as shown on screen?
Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to monitor settings and printing processes.
Shipping & Timing
How long does it take to make my order?
All items are made to order and production time varies. Most retail orders ship within 1-3 business days. Estimated timelines for wholesale orders are provided after order confirmation.
When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines depend on order size and destination. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Most retail orders ship between 1-3 business days.
Do you offer rush orders?
We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee them due to fluctuations in production, season, and supply availability. Please communicate your request as soon as possible following your order and we will discuss.
Wholesale Orders
What is your wholesale minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is 50 units per product.
Can I upload my artwork with the wholesale form?
Artwork will be requested after your wholesale inquiry is reviewed and approved.
What is wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is $2.50 per item, with a suggested retail price (MSRP) of $5.00.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — samples are available upon request for approved wholesale customers.

Do you attend events or markets?
Yes! We regularly participate in vendor events and markets throughout New England. These events are a great way to see our products in person and connect with us directly.
Can you create custom items for parties or events?
Absolutely. We accept requests for parties, celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions. Custom quantities and timelines apply — reach out to discuss your event needs.
Do you collaborate with photographers, designers, or artists?
Yes — we love collaborating with photographers, graphic designers, and artists. Collaborations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What are the requirements for collaboration artwork?
Collaborators must have full creative rights to any graphics, images, or designs provided. We cannot accept artwork that infringes on copyrights or licensing agreements.

What if my image is low quality?
If your image is not suitable for printing, we’ll contact you before production begins.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.
